FSF officially informed us that "Freenix" passes the FSDG test, and so we are adopting it as the name of our GNU distribution effective immediately. We would like to create a new web front at http://www.freenix.net/ dedicated to the distribution, with hooks into the FreeSlack wiki, which will see some cosmetic changes in the coming days.

One attempt of interest is at https://freeslack.space/

I personally think this is right up our alley, but I would love to let this matter sit in the sunshine for a while, in the hope that even more and better ideas will emerge.
